We have a large and very friendly section for Seniors with over 100 members. You just have to be over 55 years of age to join and everyone is very welcome. The section is a great way to meet new friends and to find partners to play with.
Every Tuesday throughout the year a competition is played and all Seniors are welcome to join in. These competitions are played in a friendly spirit but still allow the old competitive juices to flow. In addition to these there are knock out competitions for singles and pairs both winter and summer and we run four Open competitions.

We also play nearly 30 matches against other local clubs within a radius extending from Ross to Burford to Bath and St Pierre. These are always social and friendly affairs sprinkled with a little competitive match-play golf. These matches are for all standards and all Seniors are encouraged to put their names forward for the teams.

Our course is ‘senior friendly’ being a reasonably easy walk and is nearly always playable, so provides a great opportunity to keep fit throughout the year.
